Giveaway Official Rules
Aleph Brick "Register to WIN!" Giveaway - Official Rules
Promotion ID: ABC-GW-2027-P1 (Entry Period 1: November 24, 2026 - February 24, 2027)
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE 18 OR OLDER AND THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN THEIR STATE. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
The Giveaway is sponsored by Aleph Brick Co. Inc., P.O. Box 230195, Brooklyn, NY 11223 ("Sponsor"). Questions about the Giveaway: contact@alephbrick.com. This is a free promotional sweepstakes (prize drawing). No tickets are sold, and no payment, donation or purchase is requested or accepted for any entry.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Giveaway is open only to individual natural persons who, at the time of entry, (a) are legal residents of one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, and (b) are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi). Residents of Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories and possessions, and countries outside the United States are not eligible.
2.2 Not eligible: employees, officers, directors, owners and contractors of Sponsor and of any company helping to administer the Giveaway, the members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and each of their spouses, regardless of where they live), and anyone living in the same household as any of them, whether related or not.
2.3 Children may not enter. A parent or legal guardian may enter in his or her own name as the adult entrant; any prize is awarded only to that eligible adult. Do not submit any information about children (such as a child's name, age, school or photo). Sponsor does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; any such information received is deleted.
2.4 The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Entry Period and Official Clock
3.1 Entry Period 1 begins at 9:00:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on Tuesday, November 24, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on Wednesday, February 24, 2027 (the "Entry Period"). Entries received before the Entry Period begins or after it ends are not eligible.
3.2 Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper. The time of an online entry is the date and time at which Sponsor's online store records the entry form submission, as shown by the time stamp of the entry notification that Sponsor's store sends to Sponsor's entry inbox (normally within seconds). "ET" means Eastern Standard Time or Eastern Daylight Time, whichever is in effect.
4. Shabbos and Yom Tov
4.1 The online entry form stays open at all times during the Entry Period. However, an online entry is not eligible if it was submitted during Shabbos or Yom Tov in the entrant's own local time.
4.2 How "local time" is decided: because Sponsor knows only the state of residence an entrant gives on the entry form, the entrant's local time is the time in that state's Reference City listed in Appendix A, no matter where the entrant was physically located when entering. Sponsor converts the entry time stamp (Section 3.2) to the Reference City's local time.
4.3 What "during Shabbos or Yom Tov" means: at or after the candle-lighting time and before the Havdalah (nightfall) time for the Reference City, as published on Hebcal.com using its standard settings for locations outside Israel (candle-lighting 18 minutes before sunset; Havdalah when the sun is 8.5 degrees below the horizon). This applies to every Shabbos (Friday to Saturday night) and to each day of Yom Tov as observed outside Israel: the first two and last two days of Pesach, both days of Shavuos, both days of Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, the first two days of Sukkos, Shemini Atzeres and Simchas Torah. When Yom Tov and Shabbos are back to back, the whole time from the first candle-lighting until the final Havdalah counts. Chanukah, Purim, Rosh Chodesh, Chol HaMoed and fast days are not Shabbos or Yom Tov for this rule. Entry Period 1 contains no Yom Tov; see Appendix B.
4.4 An online entry submitted at a time that was not Shabbos or Yom Tov in the Reference City of the entrant's stated state is eligible (subject to these rules), even if it was Shabbos or Yom Tov at that moment elsewhere (for example, in New York). Example: an entry from a California resident time-stamped Friday at 5:00 PM ET (2:00 PM in Los Angeles) is eligible; the same entry from a New York resident in winter is not.
4.5 An online entry that is not eligible under this Section is simply not counted; the entrant is not disqualified and may submit one new entry at an eligible time during the same Entry Period.
4.6 This Section applies to online entries only. Because the time a letter is written or mailed cannot be known, mail-in entries are judged only by their postmark date and receipt date (Section 5.3).
4.7 A state of residence entered falsely to gain an eligible time (or for any other reason) makes the entry void and may disqualify the entrant (Section 11).
5. How to Enter
5.1 Online: During the Entry Period, visit www.alephbrick.com/pages/register-to-win, complete the entry form with your own full name, your own email address and your state of residence, confirm that you have read and agree to these Official Rules and meet the eligibility requirements, and submit the form. The optional email-updates checkbox has no effect on your entry or your chances of winning.
5.2 Online entries are made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted, meaning the natural person assigned that address by the email provider. In any dispute over who made an online entry, the authorized account holder is treated as the entrant. Incomplete entries, entries with false or someone else's information, and entries submitted for another person are void.
5.3 Free mail-in entry (no purchase, equal chance): Hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address (if you have one), state of residence, date of birth, the Promotion ID "ABC-GW-2027-P1" and the words "Aleph Brick Giveaway Entry" on a 3" x 5" card or piece of paper and mail it in a stamped envelope (or on a stamped postcard) to:
Aleph Brick Co. Inc., Attn: Register to WIN! ABC-GW-2027-P1, P.O. Box 230195, Brooklyn, NY 11223.
Mail-in entries must be postmarked no earlier than November 24, 2026 and no later than February 24, 2027, and must be received at the P.O. Box by Wednesday, March 3, 2027. Limit one entry per envelope or postcard. Mechanically reproduced, typed-in-bulk, or third-party-submitted mail-in entries are void. Mail-in entrants do not need to use the website or have an email address.
5.4 Online and mail-in entries are entered in the same drawing and have exactly the same chance of winning.
5.5 Limit: one (1) entry per person per Entry Period, by any method combined. If a person submits more than one entry in the same Entry Period, only the first eligible entry received is counted and the rest are void; use of multiple names, email addresses, identities or devices to exceed the limit voids all of that person's entries. Use of any automated means, script, bot, macro or entry service voids all entries and disqualifies the entrant. An online entry that is not counted under Section 4 (Shabbos and Yom Tov) does not count toward this limit.
5.6 Only entries made as described in this Section count. Purchases, orders, likes, comments, follows, shares, tags, messages or emails to Sponsor are not entries and do not increase anyone's chances. Entries do not carry over: each Entry Period is a separate drawing that requires a new entry during its own Entry Period.
5.7 Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, misdirected, garbled or postage-due entries; for entries not received because of computer, network, website, email, spam-filter or postal problems; or for any error in entry information, except where such limitation is prohibited by law. Proof of sending or submitting is not proof of receipt.
6. Prize
6.1 One (1) prize will be awarded for Entry Period 1: one (1) Aleph Brick Beis Hamikdash building set (1,631-piece build). Approximate retail value ("ARV"): $119.99. Total ARV of all prizes for Entry Period 1: $119.99.
6.2 Sponsor will ship the prize, at Sponsor's expense, to the verified winner at a street address in the 50 United States or DC within about four (4) weeks after verification. The prize is awarded "as is" with the manufacturer's standard terms only; Sponsor makes no other warranty, to the extent permitted by law.
6.3 No cash, credit or other alternative will be given, and the prize may not be transferred, assigned or resold before it is awarded. If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater ARV. Any difference between the ARV and the actual value at the time of award will not be paid.
6.4 Taxes: the winner is solely responsible for any federal, state and local taxes on the prize. Because the ARV is less than $600, Sponsor does not expect to issue an IRS Form 1099; if it is ever required, the winner must provide a completed IRS Form W-9, which Sponsor collects privately and never through the public entry form.
7. Random Drawing (on Video) and Odds
7.1 On or about Thursday, March 4, 2027, after the mail-in receipt deadline, Sponsor will compile all eligible online and mail-in entries into one list, number each entry, freeze the list and record a fingerprint (hash) of it. Sponsor will then select one (1) potential winner and up to three (3) numbered alternates by a random drawing using a computer random-number program, in the presence of a Sponsor administrator and one adult witness, neither of whom is eligible to enter.
7.2 The drawing will be recorded on video or streamed live, and the video will be posted on Aleph Brick's social media accounts (for example Instagram and Facebook). To protect privacy, the video shows the entry count, the random-number selection and the selected entry numbers, and does not show entrants' email addresses, mailing addresses or full surnames. Sponsor will not stream or post the drawing on Shabbos or Yom Tov; if the date above falls at such a time for any reason, the drawing takes place on the next suitable day.
7.3 Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
8. Winner Notification and Alternates
8.1 The potential winner will be contacted by email at the address entered (or by mail at the address given, for a mail-in entrant without an email address) within three (3) business days after the drawing, and must reply within seven (7) calendar days after the notice is sent, confirming eligibility and providing a shipping address.
8.2 A selected entrant is only a potential winner until verified. If the potential winner cannot be reached, does not reply in time, is ineligible, does not comply with these rules, declines the prize, or the prize notice is returned undeliverable, the prize is forfeited and Sponsor will contact the next alternate in drawing order under the same terms. If no alternate is verified, the prize will not be awarded for that Entry Period, except where an award is required by law.
9. Verification (Affidavit Optional)
Before awarding the prize, Sponsor may require the potential winner to show proof of identity, age and state of residence. Because the ARV is under $600, a signed affidavit of eligibility and release is optional at Sponsor's choice; if Sponsor requests one, it must be signed and returned within seven (7) days or the prize may be forfeited. Sponsor collects any such documents privately (never through the public entry form) and keeps them only as long as needed for records.
10. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize the winner agrees that Sponsor may announce the winner's first name and state of residence (for example, "Yosef from New Jersey") on its website, social media and emails, without further payment. Sponsor will not use the winner's photo, video, voice, full name or likeness without the winner's separate written consent.
11. Disqualification and Conduct
Sponsor may disqualify, and void all entries of, any person who Sponsor determines in good faith has tampered with or attempted to tamper with the entry process or the Giveaway; entered more than allowed; used false, someone else's or temporary/disposable information; used automation, bots, scripts or entry services; colluded with others; or acted fraudulently, abusively or in violation of these rules. Sponsor applies these rules consistently to all entrants. Any attempt to deliberately damage the website or undermine the Giveaway may violate the law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. Sponsor Decisions; Changes
12.1 Sponsor's decisions on all matters relating to the Giveaway, including eligibility, entry time stamps, Shabbos and Yom Tov eligibility under Section 4, validity of entries and selection of the winner, are final and binding, provided they are made in good faith and consistently with these rules.
12.2 If the Giveaway cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical failure, a virus, tampering or any other cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control that corrupts or affects its administration, security or fairness, Sponsor may, subject to applicable law, cancel, suspend or modify it and award the prize by random drawing from the eligible entries received before the problem occurred. Sponsor may correct typographical or clerical errors in any Giveaway material. Any change will be posted on this page.
13. Privacy and Optional Marketing Consent
13.1 Sponsor uses entry information only to run the Giveaway: to check eligibility and entry limits, run the drawing, contact and verify the potential winner, award the prize, and keep required records. Entry records are kept for at least as long as needed to complete the Giveaway and meet legal and tax record-keeping needs, then deleted or archived securely. Sponsor does not sell entry information. See also Sponsor's Privacy Policy; if anything there conflicts with this Section for Giveaway entries, this Section controls.
13.2 Entering does not sign you up for marketing. Sponsor sends marketing emails only to entrants who separately check the optional, unchecked email-updates box. Checking or not checking that box has no effect on eligibility or odds. Every marketing email includes a way to opt out, and opt-outs are honored permanently.
13.3 Do not submit information about children (Section 2.3).
14. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, by entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents ("Released Parties") from any claims, injury, loss or damage of any kind arising out of participation in the Giveaway, or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, network, email or postal failures of any kind. Nothing in these rules limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for Sponsor's own gross negligence or willful misconduct.
15. Social Media Platforms
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok, Pinterest, X, Google, WhatsApp or any other social media platform or website operator, including Shopify. Each entrant fully releases each such platform from any liability in connection with the Giveaway. Entry information is provided to Sponsor, not to any platform.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Official Rules and the Giveaway are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. To the extent permitted by law, any dispute arising out of the Giveaway will be resolved individually, without any class action, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Kings County, New York, and each entrant consents to their jurisdiction. To the extent permitted by law, an entrant's remedies are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs of entering (if any), and entrants waive any right to attorneys' fees, punitive, incidental or consequential damages. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
17. Winner's Name and Rules Requests
For the winner's first name and state, email contact@alephbrick.com with the subject "Winner Information Request - ABC-GW-2027-P1", or mail a request to the Sponsor address in Section 1, received within 60 days after March 4, 2027. A copy of these rules is always available on this page or by mail on request.
18. Entire Rules; Severability
These Official Rules are the complete terms of the Giveaway. Promotional posts, ads, emails and page summaries do not change them; if anything conflicts, these Official Rules control. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remain in effect and the rules are read as if the invalid provision were not included. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term is not a waiver of it. Headings are for convenience only.
